Such Potential
The animation is flawless, the voice acting is another matter entirely. The voice actor for the fat chinese man at the start of the film knew what he was doing, good use of emotional ques. Neenja and his instructor however, are less than energetic about their roles. Please, PLEASE put some feeling into those robotic voices and i'll be more than happy to score 10 next time.
I like the animiation and the story.
I like the funny side human in bits and pieces. Very nice and smooth animation and its pace is just enough to make it enjoyable. On a side note is it possible to upload the intro music or ending credit music on NG audio portal i like the sound it plays on.

If the 3rd episode and its all filler? Nice!

You get a five for the animation
First of all, the animation is awesome. That said, I take no pleasure in stating that the story leaves much to be desired. At first it seems like a humorous little ninja parody, but it's hard to understand because the story is choppy, and jumps around a lot. The voice actors could also use a little work, because most times, it sounds like they're just reading their lines off the paper, and show little emotion. Bottom line - the animation is superb, but like the ninja in this feature, the writer needs practice.
I appreciate your feedback and agree that I have a lot to learn as far as writing goes, but I have a feeling you haven't watched parts 1 and 2 which would probably make this episode on it's own a very confusing one.
