GREAT!!! Would like some tweaks though
Fantastic game! When I first played through I thought the difficulty was too low, and that ninja reflexes would not be required at all and that it was a kiddy oriented platformer.
FUCK WAS I WRONG.
Sure it's easy to get reasonably high if that's all you're going for, but the challenges made the game interesting. I still haven't found moses yet - I have a sneaking suspicion that he's round the 2000 mark, but I've barely made it up there.
There's some things I'd like to see improved. When your black powder's about to run out, you flash a few times before changing to normal. It bugged me that I had to keep an eye on my flying character as well as any loot I might accidentally fly past.
Also, I'd like a line on the spirit meter indicating when I don't have enough spirit to attack. It sucks getting to an enemy and mashing X, only to die and see that you were too low on spirit.
Finally - make the achievements worth something!!! As much as I do them for my own satisfaction, I'd like some extra reward. Maybe another skin? Link it to the NG medals system? Flood the game with hentai? The challenges are challenging, but not rewarding, and I want some recognition dagnammit!!
But it is a brilliant game and I hope there will be a sequel (maybe with a basic narrative too...).
