Nice for an arcade game, but nothing beyond that
The reason I gave you 9 at all is because it does what you designed it to do very well, but there's no story whatsoever, not even an excuse story. You could have made a lot more than a randomly-generated platformer, even though there was plenty of potential there.
Also, this isn't a "hop and bop" platformer, jumping on an enemy only loses you health (a hop and bop platformer is one where you beat an enemy by jumping on them, the SMB/super mario bros games invented the genre.
