The focus of this wonderfully crazy animation rests on the extreme ADD of the main character, hence your note on "lacking professionalism".
Honestly the only reason you WOULDN'T spill your guts out laughing, would be because you were analyzing every single little aspect of the animation and how "unrealistic" it was. Let me explain something here: It's a CARTOON. Enjoy it, because it really is, quite enjoyable
