Needs a lot of work
The animation needs to be a lot more fluid; the part with the loop is especially egregious.
A caption introducing your character is OK. Putting the caption on the character's head isn't.
I don't know what graphics software you use, but it probably has a way to remove the white background behind the dude's pants so you can see the skateboard between his legs.
Also, try cutting the picture at a lower point to remove that bit of shirt from the guy's waist.
