Very nice top-dpwn defender
My only issue was after level 42 I started getting major lag issues, but that's my computer. A quality control would have been nice, then again I only tried right-clicking, i didn't check the menus. I beat this game my second time 'round, buthad a hard time. I don't remember my upgrade/building/training choices but by the time the last boss broke into the fortress I had NO HELP LEFT. My only assistance being I had a lot of cash saved, so I bought fury, stoneskin and healing potions until I ran out of crystals, then no more stoneskin. Barely got into the last wave before I lost the remainder of my units. I pretty much (somehow) was able to fend off the final battallions on my own. That boss is brutal, I liked it. I found (at first) that the crossbows seemed useless, until the mage orcs showed up, then I realized BOOM, kill them with the crossbows cos even with a longsword those bastards kept out of range a lot when attacking the barracades. The character graphics and animation style reminded me of that game for the first NES with dragon kung fu guys or something. Dragon something ...can't really remember it's been over 16 years since I played it. 5/5 but 9/10 because I gave it a 4.6 in my head, so rounded up, but had to round down from 9.2 so 9/10 overall. I do feel though that getting the best weapon is very hard to do with all of the maintaining one must do to one's reinforcements. Anyway awesome game.
