There is no specific maps to achieve being a pacifist in-game,it just requires traps (not counted as a kill even if the enemy dies) (best map:stage 2 secret level) timing (make the enemy hit you several times but still try to dodge and patiently wait for the map trap,but u shouldnt be desperate or the enemy can shield himself/herself) teleportation (gained in the last stage and level,means u should kill the boss 7x using the teleportation gun to win pacifist) or the hardest part,dodging enemies and scavenging weapons which are awesome and pass them to teammates and lure enemies to keep ur teammate focus (relatively-like with the timing technique but this time it requires marksmanship and luring skills)
