Songs ok. Animation's pretty good.
It's interesting to note that in some places more and more kids are getting sentenced to juvenille halls. Some critics said this was "a good thing", because it meant judges were cracking down on misbehaving kids. Then some reporters got involved, and did some digging. Turns out the judges with the higher sentencing rates were in collusion (working with) the juvenille halls, which were ran by business for profit. The more juvies the judge sent to the juvie hall, the more "business" it was doing (it was getting paid by the local and/or state government), and the judge would get a kick back. Since they were "just kids", they had a hard time fighting back and getting people to listen to how they were being harshly sentenced for really stupid things that would normally get a slap on the wrist. If it wasn't for a few parents questioning why their kid was being sent to juvie to getting caught smoking in the bathroom at school, this cycle of under-the-table profit would have continued. And I'm sure it still does to some extent in other places. Sad.
