The Song is just awful
There wasn't any real rhymes so the random lyrics were just that: completely random. It seemed to be trying to make a point about blowjobs in juvie... I dunno, it wasn't random enough to be funny.

Rhyming is an Art
Kids and Meds doesn't rhyme, Med*S* and Head doesn't rhyme. That was the main part of your chorus. Work on the rhyming and this could be really good. It was funny though and the animation was pretty good.
