Failed attempts?

Not at getting through I hope, because if it was even close to this quality it would be a shame. Because the animation delivers, quality is outstandingly good, the use of colors and sound make it a very upbeat short, wich makes it very enjoyable. Also the use of all the little references to newgrounds really finish it off.
I did find it a bit long though, and thats probably just a taste thing. But I had the feeling that you, as a storyteller felt the need to show everything. Which can slow a movie down.

Strong contender!

Your animation style isvery smooth, and I like the "Tom Fulp saves the day" scene. Not too sure if I like the "T" stiched sneakers though (jk).

But like others have already said, the action could have been sped up a bit. While I see that you needed the time to get all your animations in, the pace could've been picked up just a bit to increase the intensity of the fight and up the emotional factor a notch for the viewer.

Other than that it's hard to kock this any.

I think we might just have our Pico Day winner here...
It's the best i've seen in a while, love all the cameos and the litle details

Tankmen in a dress for girls bathroom, picos locker nexto to NG staff, classmates, and details from original picos school, etc. So much to say!

The smooth animations, the plot, everything i can think of is nicely done. You definitely deserve a prize!
