Reviews for "Father N Son beatdown"

.........

Dad's eyes switch from black and red continuously.

Hm.

I think that you should've been more diverse, in the characters. Father n' Son looked exactly the same; you shouldn't've had to tell them apart from their eyes; Son is much shorter than Father, and I believe should've had his own fighting style, other than just the same Crouching Carnage, Hidden Rampage.

The animation is solid, don't get me wrong, just needs a bit more originality.

Crouching carnage hidden rampage. lol. very appropriate. Come to think of it, that's a good point.

pretty good

The animation was pretty tight, very smooth. The fighting scenes were nice and fluid. However, I'll have to agree with some of the previous reviews and say that it was a tad hard to tell the difference between Dad and son. Even with the eye color change, it's just not big enough to show the difference during action sequences. I think one of the awesome things about the son character is that he's so chibi looking and can cause so much damage. By making him so close to the size of his father, it kinda took away from that inside joke. All nitpicking aside, I actually really enjoyed this flash and I hope you make a sequel. :)

boybogart responds:

Yeah, but I think the reason why I did that is I tried to make this animation as realistic looking as I could possibly do, so if I did the son as a little muscular boy with realistic looking muscles etc, he would look like a 40 yr old midget. It wouldnt fit the style, though it would look very cool with the original dad n me style with clean lines and minimal detail. So I guess that explains it, eventhough it backfired cause dad and son looked almost the same.

...Yeah...

It Was Very Well Drawn But Kinda Boring...No Sound An All... Maybe One Of These Days You Will Create A Long Episode With A Little Dialogue and SFX... GOOD F*CKIN Job Though...

EPIC IN EVERY WAY!
