Fluid, yet awkard.
You're great at animating, your artwork is good, and the action scenes are well made. However, all that means nothing if the story leaves the viewer with a 'what the fuck' feeling.
Your attempts at humor are crude, and awkward. The dialogue is confusing, and the 'Pico is crying' scene is pretty much random.

For him, this had to be epically hard, half the flashes he makes are garbage. Very choppy and sometimes the voices aren't in sync with the animation, although the transitions make up for everything else. However, I find this as lost potential and could have been better than what it should been. 5/5 for getting the job done. 5/10 for the quality and effort.

Reference material is your friend. I suggest you use it for motion an anatomy.
