Meh
The starting was great, it has a really eerie resemblance to the original cartoon; almost made me think that you retroscoped the entire introduction sequence. However, it kinda degraded in quality as it progresses onward; I figured you were in a rush to finish this in time for Pico day so yeah.. Also, the lack of sound effects made it kinda creepy ( never knew the sound of gunfire was so silent )
Just some personal preference to add on, it could do with more film grain and more contrast with the black and the white. You could do this by getting some film-grain bitmaps and overlaying it over your animation but its your choice; I leave you to your devices.
Not bad, but not that great either. Manage your time well and always review your animation for quality
