Reviews for "Nob War: The Elves"

Not Quite, But I Like Your Thinking

This is a pretty cool game - I'll give you that! But after 10 levels, it starts to get a little repetitive. You're always klling the same soldiers, centaurs and archers: it starts to get a little repetitive.
Is there any way you can break up the monotony? Perhaps some sort of boss or "hero" encounter every now and again? I played it through to the end, but I was disappointed when I didn't encounter anything different. I think it would be neat where you would need to be running backwards and shooting arrows at some point. Or maybe you could have more control over the flag guards as well? They are kinda just ... there. If they were more involved (and therefore, more at risk of dying), you could add another angle to the game. Give it a shot!

meh

Kinda good kinda bad.....It sometimes suck in some bits like you try to kill an elf they'll probably kill halve of your elfves...depending how many though...but yeah it's fun some bits but still suckish..... if you disagree then please so...I don't care .....

Good.

It wasn't bad.

Pretty good

everything was good except the controls.

They were basic however i did not like how pushing left or right "locked" that certain movement because sometimes the game wouldnt register the down arrow key to stop which made it very hard to aim.

that is the only reason for the 7/10 4/5 but other than that good game

I was wrong....

I thought this looked like game I wouldn't like....I was wrong. I had a lot of fun with it. First of all, the leveling up was nice. It just made you feel more powerful every battle. The choose of music was nice. I think the autosave feature is nice, because next time you play, who wants to start at the beggining again? The green targeting system was nice, so you could see who or what you were shooting at. And the fact that you could summon men and centaurs to help you was cool, too.

Now to the bad. I DID say the music was a good choose. However, it did get repetitive. Also, I don't understand why their couldn't have been a pause button in this game. I was trying to think about coming up on this next group of enemies, wondering if I shouls summon any humans or centaurs...I hesitated and hit the centaurs then I thought about how I really didn't want them. Also, it seems like the infantry men didn't want to move a few levels later, and would lock up and glitch back and forward a bit before finally moving on.

So I think this was a prettty good game, but it could have used some work.
