Good lord, not only is it mocking Anime, but it's mocking the people behind it (to some degree), and FXXK if it isn't funny as hell. :D I'm still laughing at the part where (Sasuke? or whatever) takes the silver-haired guys gun and shoots himself in the eye.
Truly, an homage to how badly written/translated Japanese cartoons are, especially when they're brought here to America.

There is SO much subtile humor in these vidoes!
One of the things I found the funniest was actually right in the start, when they talk about eating western food, when you can clearly see they are not.
Awesome parody of the typical pathetic atempts at "adjusting" the material for western audiences - wich is obviously fails!
