I played the original pokemon games and I found the secret to stop hating the random trainer battles. That secret is basicly train one pokemon to L50 in the L30 area, it will then be able to take out about 10 pokemon before it dies per say. Other than that still very very bothersome to have to fight every smuck you come across.
