Could be better
It could be better - for example to be able to choose your standard weapon, after you unlocked the other ones. Couldn't make it through, patience run out at half past 3. The idea is pretty awesome,though =). Hope you will make a sequel/ another one like this, with some minor changes.

Well to be honest its not that good. The health System is hard to get used to and it has a lot of annoying glitches. Don't get me wrong it can be good if you fix the glitches like how all of the sudden enimise shoot through walls. Or an enemy doesn't die when you shoot them. Fix the glitches and it will be a 9.5/10 game!!! :)

I can see you worked hard on this game. In my opinion, it's one of the best put on Newgrounds in the last 12 months.
Right at the title screen, I knew you had done your homework. The design is flawless. The levels are very different from one another. I saw a lot of attention on detail for a flash game (depth perception, backgrounds, etc.). In each level, the player has to think of a strategy if he/she wants to get master rating, and I found the game just challenging enough. I really enjoyed the fact that you could either be sneaky or go the Rambo way in the begining.
It never gets boring, especially because the player needs to perfect the use of teleporting as the game progresses, since at a certain point it becomes absolutely necessary.
By the way, the people who played the game and don't like the controls can change them in the title screen.
If you wanted to improve something, I guess you could try and add a few features to further differentiate the game from other strategy games. For instance, you could get levels were the character can change clothes with one of his victims in order to walk by the other guards unnoticed. You could also introduce weapons such as gas grenades and landmines.
I hope you make more games in the future. I saw those you made on your website and this one is your best so far in my opinion.
