Not bad, nice diversity of the baddies from various mario games, I have on knowledge in flash making and such so very difficult to give any constructive criticism but, nicely done and very good choice of music for the flash, I hope to see a lot more coming from you :)

I like the end where he uses the viruses to defeat the bosses from Super mario brothers (I believe they are from)
The only thing that I think you could do to make this better is to add a story.

But concept is just very good!
