It was a funny yet tragic story.
First he's fat, and decides to get buff because that apparently, is what these girls like at the moment. So then he gets buff, and decides to woo this cute girl who is bored, playing with her phone. But, some snot-nosed brat pushes him aside, and shoves a roll of toilet paper into his pants. This get's the girl's attention, because being muscular doesn't help anymore, it's the size of your dick that counts. Thus, this poor guy still can't be the hero and get the girl.
I can guess that if this guy decides to get his sausage plumped, THAT won't be popular anymore, and the new hot thing will be, Oh, I dunno, something like long hair, flowing in the wind. Seems reasonable, right?
