These games never get old imo

Great game, some things you should notice maybe for a next time (cuz I will love to see more of this =)) for starters, the speed is always the same, so no dificulty increase can make it a... well... Infinite Scroller, haha.

Also I think I found a somewhat of a glitch, some times, if I just press the LEFT button the ball would just slide through the platforms, usually just 1, 2 or 3, but it doesn't alway happen, just some random times.

Also a lot of times the power ups appear on a side of the platform that you can't reach, perhaps next time you could change this by adding a small jump button? Also because I understand it must be tricky to get it to appear only on the side you want.

Thanks! Good suggestions. The scrolling speed stays the same, but your movement speed slows down all the time making it more difficult. Unless you get power ups (S boxes).

The Escape Sequence, distilled

With a few tweaks, this can become a quite addictive game.
Things I'd fix:

- More gradual difficulty increase: the first few minutes were rather easy, then all of a sudden it became unbeatable.
- Powerup position: most of the time the powerups appear in unreachable places, making them nothing but a cruel taunt.
- A dash move: e.g., double-tap the arrow for a quick dash in that direction, maybe even going over gaps. This could help alleviate the problems above.

I like this game because it's tiny yet playable; I think the above can be added without losing this quality.

Good ideas, thanks. I tried to make it easy at first so that all players could enjoy it for a while at least. For experts it's obviously quite a bit too easy, though.

ok so far but...

when i reach the bottom of the screen, the lines clear, the ball goes back to the top and a new set of lines start to come up. I think if you fix this and make it go faster sooner, you'll have a pretty fun game :) You got the idea though.

Yes, this is what is meant to happen. :) When you reach the bottom of the screen, you will get bonus points and you start again. The idea is to reach the bottom as many time as you can - this will maximize your score. Thanks for the comments, though.

Loved it

I love games like these. My favorite part was how it gave a ten point bonus for being really fast and getting to the bottom.

You can get even 100 bonus points for reaching the bottom later on when bonus multiplier increases over time.. ;)
