Only one suggestion; the game should remember my options for the level if I decide to reset. Having to change all the plusses back to minuses kind of takes me out of my groove. I think it would be best if there was just a button, like r, or something that would reset the timer, score, and card order immediately, so I wouldn't have to go through menus.

Nicely done
It's a nice game of risk reward and the controls are great except the pause button, it should be the space bar or enter or something. Try to move my cursor to pause causes the guy to follow and takes too much time. Also you spelled 'lose' wrong in the achievements. Other than that can't think of anything bad to say.
