Not exactly original, but well executed
Your animation's not that bad, although some of the concepts you used (i.e. the Poison Mushroom) weren't exactly original.
Still, you drew this instead of using sprites, so that earns you some credit in my books.

Despite the cliches this was actually pretty good. I appreciate you actually drawing them rather then rip of sprites. It kind of feels more fresher and if it weren't for that I'd give it a lower score. There for a 6/10 sounds fair enough. The cliches and the animation equals it out or something like that.

You have a fun to look at, cartoony style. And for a second animation, it definitely isn't bad. But you really need to put way more thought into your art, animation, ideas and jokes.
Practice animating speech instead of just stretching your characters a little when they talk. Make movements more fluid by using more frames to animate them.
But, of course, the biggest issue is that it's just another in the endless stream of videogame parodies. With overused and tired jokes. Don't try and rush your storywriting and animation so it'll be ready for submission faster. A good flash movie takes loads of time and planning to make.
Overall though, I do think there's some talent in there if you try hard to improve.
