I've been playing this game everyday since it has been submitted and really, I love it! I'm pretty sure the gameplay here is unique. It demends reflexes, precision and some luck, it's pretty challenging. Otherwise, flixel roxx, good retro BgM, SFx etc...
Maybe the enemies were too dark and hard to see. What about you paint them in a good old communist-red color? (Plus power-ups in green for the stereotype)
Otherwise, I found a way to cheat >_< you can pause-aim-shoot your way up in the leaderboards!

Very good game. However when I hit the barrier wall, from time to time I would explode without reason. Other than that being a flixel made game it was very well done.

Despite what people said, I found this game to be very interesting. It brought back memories of playing bust a move and the overall setting reminded me of the times when I would go and play in the arcade.
OVerall it was pretty fun. I loved everything about it.
Maybe you could have a mini game where you control the star with your mouse and try to aim it manually. IDK just my take on this random Idea I had for this game.
