Pretty good!
Well, avoid games aren't exactly my type of preferred game, but this game caught my attention for a little. The tunes are catchy, and the gameplay is simple and cool. More or less, this game is more of one of those time wasters you play when you need something to occupy you for a little.
The tunes are from the original sega sonic games, so ofcourse they are catchy. Even though I prefer mario tunes. Anyway, Glad this something you liked. I also have a theory that the more simple a game is (yet creative) the more brilliant it will turn out. That goes for all aspects actually.. to me ..
simple = win.

the sprites were good
was a tough game and i love the way it went to the music too
you really needed that shield
could have had some rings though would've been cool

The sprites were ripped straight from the games, we didn't use any custom sprites, or take any from websites, so thanks!
I guess it was tough for beginners, most songs I could breeze through in 1 or 2 tries, then again I made them.
I figured the shield feature would be a nice feature :)
Rings were an idea presented by a few people, but it might make the level look messy if I throw them in there..
I will post more don't worry :) I just want to work on a different style next time, maybe a platformer or rpg.

You have to click on the static TV screens to choose another song, there are 6 levels.
It was alright.
It was a fun rythme game but it was too hard for me. I couldn't beat the first level. But from what I got from this, it was pretty good.
Glad you liked it, if it was too hard I have some suggestions to help. Try staying away from the edges, the more center you are in the safer you are until you know where the music is coming from. Thanks for your review!
