It isn't a paddle.
It's a ship. You shoot out of the ship. You have a limited amount of shots (on most levels). You have to make them hit as much as they can. I love this game. :o

in respionse to Hinorashi l dont think the balls were meant to bounce off the "paddle" nowhere does it say they do, just destroy the blocks

Was way too hard.

Bug?
I don't know if it's a bug or if I just don't understand how to bounce the balls off my paddle, but all the balls just seem to fly through the paddle... you should check that out.
