Fantastic, atmospheric and addictive
It's a great game, the first one to make me come back 3 days in a row to finish it. There is a very metroidish feel to it. By the way, ignore the reviews that say the game's glitchy, you'll get what I'm saying if you collect all the gems.
Mind bogglingly awesome, but horrible glitches.
I give it 6 stars, this game is amazing, fantasticaly original, absolutely blows my mind how you came up with such an awesome game.
However, the glitches, SUCK!!
Now, it may have just been my computer, but has anyone else had trouble controlling the astronaut?
At times I was playing and it would suddenly seem like my arrow key was stuck, he wouldn't stop moving in one direction. I'd have to tap the arrow key to get him to stop.
This problem occured only occationally, except for once I got all 27 gems.
At that point, he pretty much became completely nonresponsive.
I was stuck against a wall on the pathway to the first secret area. I couldn't even get him to jump. Then, just at random, he would start moving and wouldn't stop, then all of a sudden he'd change direction and get stuck again.
If this glitch is on purpose, I give this game a 6, it makes the game impossible and rediculously frustrating.
However, if I am the only one experiencing this I do offer my appologies, and, in that case, on a scale of 1-10, I'd give this game a 12.
awesome
great game, kept me very entertained the whole time, and it continually surprised me with new challenges and landscapes! a very original storyline and smooth challenge difficulty progression. I didn't run into any bugs, but maybe I was too blown away by how awesome this game was to notice
Great concept
Pretty original, unlike a lot of the other pixel or puzzle games. I however could not obtain a single gem in at least 15 minutes, I tried so hard but just kept falling for the same traps over and over again, and I had to traverse so many areas just to find ways around to a single gem but it never worked out. Plus the music made me scared and I hated it with passion. I'd never play this again =p But I can't rate it shitty just because I can't understand how to play right... It's a good game man.
Great polished game
Maybe before people start complaining about 'glitches', they keep playing. Great game, only a tiny complaint/feedback for the author. I think there is a glitch for the 3rd secret area medal. I found the third area, and the pop-up came up saying medal awarded, but I didn't actually receive it when I checked my medals later.
