Nice and colorful
It was cool to see you make a flash that had more of a plot although the last one I saw did too. The negative side was that this was just not that creative as it was people throwing snowballs. I will say that it was cool to see something make a tribute to the winter Olympics, even if it is a bit late. I had heard of the "Hetalia" series before, but never seen a flash made about it. It was a nice change of pace. This looked like it could be an advertisement for the Olympics, but I guess you made it too late.
Could be better with some changes
I liked it except the the stick figures you used on a few occasions were distracting and devalued this piece. If you just use smaller versions of your characters (which are interesting) then it'd be much better.
