Nostalgia all over!
I love the 8 bit look on the battle screen,
I love the micro management system you created on the academy screen,
I love the design art of all the characters,
It reminds me alot of JRPGs that I used to love. You never get that experience nowadays cause alot of games are just bland, confusing or just plain boring and repetitive.
This game...even though there isn't much to do, doesn't feel like a grind!

If ever you thought of creating a sequel, or improving this game.
I would like to say, you have pretty much everything set up for a great RPG with Sim/Management themes. I have played this for 2 hours and this is my only complaint (oh noes). In the battle screen, you are able to force a unit to hold its position. Though it might start feeling like an RTS genre, i would like to see more of a focus on positioning the 4 party members then doing a mob run. An example of this is, when im fighting them black demons on that 5 star mission, i use my magilancer as a bait to draw one towards the rest of my party. Perhaps implementing ambush and backstabbing bonuses or as such....
well thats all i've thought of to write about, hope it isn't too much to read. I would love to see you continue creating games like this!!
