holy shit!!! the last 3 levels took me forever!
the only problem is that some of the levels require some amount of masochism,
but a challenging game is better than a boring one I guess..

I loved this game. Its homage style to all retro games, being the plot, never wavered, and it was also on a noticeably different difficulty curve than other games today.
Most people didn't like simply because "it was too hard" and attributed it to things in the game that they believe were put in on accident, say, the blade hitbox that two dozen people below me have been whining about.
(THE GAME WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DIFFICULT)
Every level was a new challenge. They didn't drag on too long, nor were they so easy that I could play this in under five minutes.
I'll end my review by saying that, well, I liked it, and that my opinion certainly doesn't reflect the masses.
