Well the water marks, jk. you should make it stop at the end instead of looping since you have credits and all. I thought it was funny.

The problem most likely is with your version of flash, i am having the same problem with liveSwif.
Try looking for preloader training videos.
try making it look like the game
then it would be good
you get a 3 for effort and 2 for the credit song

But hey, good points; it works, has room to grow(Obvious) and catchy tunes, and here's hoping you get a better torrent (Or buddy to work with =D) I have few real suggestions, but I'd hate not to see a final version of this come out,and hopefully this small comment will encourage you to not give up!
As for those few suggestions: Backgrounds, Story Expansion, Take your time...

The sprites that im using WERE compatible to the TORRENT version that i had but apparently my buddy f** the torrent so now im relying on a crapy free version thx though
