The walkthrough is basically a must to get all of the medals, but that's ok.
On a more important matter... I got all of the medals, but afterward I noticed that I hadn't logged in, and when I did I hadn't got any of the achievements, nor could I get them. : (

I may have found a glitch.
I played the game no realizing that I wasn't logged into NG, however when I did log in and returned to the game I noticed that it saved all the achievements I unlocked in-game, which was odd, and I also noticed that I could no longer do anything. I tried "talk to fat girl" and then"talk to blonde", the blonde turned into "what did you mean by blonde" and I couldn't even get the achievements that I didn't originally get in the first run of the game. At that point I had used the walk through. I don't know whats up but I give it an eight over all. It didn't start acting strange until after my DUH moment. Thought I'd let you know.
