Looks promissing
Like said before, really looks like south park, but with better graphics.
And i don't think you should change the language to english just because other people are bitching about it. People these days can read, so they should have no problems with subtitles. It's your movie so you should do what YOU want with it.

You better freaking make this, there isn't quite enough good halo parodies out there i really hope you go through with this but please have an option to have the characters speak English...i mean if you can make the movie even partially as epic as the trailer your doing awesome. I'm hoping this video will have quite some lentgh to it...perhaps a series?

Don't make it English.
Keep it the way it is, the trailer was very good and trying to translate everything will more than likely end up in some improper use of the language, which will just detract from the movie.
