Pretty Freakin good
I was a new (at least in my experience) and cool mechanic that was used wonderfully. I love how you included a reading of Alice in Wonderland; it's one of my favorite stories.

If you don't have a scroll wheel by now...
Get with the F-ing program. Really is that hard? Or are you on something worthless like a Mac? Meh either way, Record Tripping's awesome. Cool game play, GREAT music, and a rather nice twist story.

And I am pleasantly surprised, although if you didnt have a wheel on your mouse, it would be unpleasant, haha.
Very interesting indeed, though, perhaps next time go for some more puzzles that sound good playing them on beat. The last puzzle is cool because the pistons pumped along with the song.
I Enjoyed that though. 9 for the Idea, although perhaps a 7 or 8 for execution.
