Brilliant, sounds like it could fit a DBZ movie/live movie/cinematic movie.
Could be improved greatly over all, but initial impressions of it are that it's EPIC!
Something about this entire thing feels off. This would be better a theme for the villains of the series than the heroes- Seriously. I usually enjoy your work, but this one I found fairly lacking all around. Voice seems strung out on several occasions, to create a form that just doesn't fit the song and theme.
I know, it's not supposed to be the same, but when I saw this, I was actually hoping you just did a cover for the main theme, which would have been awesome, if you ask me. Oh well, can't be awesome all the time, right? (Or in my case, hardly ever.)
I am a fan of yours. You are beautiful and ERMERGERD your voice! but idk about this song...... I mean it was ok, but not your best work. I just didn't think the instrumentals fit your voice that well but other than that it was good. You are defiantly my favorite musician on newgrounds though.
Hmmmm as a fan I don't think this was one of your better pieces of song work. The ones like Alice is Dead and Redlight City still give that impact and tasteful flow. This one was a bit choppy, though probably mostly from me used to hearing most of the DBZ songs as both fast pace and rocking style in a rap way.
Vocalizing wise, it doesn't seem to flow to well and was heavily relied on the really good music in the back. Maybe increase the pace of your vocals on "Rock the Dragon Ball Z" because it sounded way to relax and considering how intense DBZ tends to get, it was another minus.
Still I love the vocal and music separately, but they don't mesh well together in my honest opinion. So 3.5/5 and also welcome back to Newgrounds!
