Simple and fun, this game was quite entertaining to a casual gamer like me. Very nice concept, and the difficulty was just right.

Gameplay was good.
The gameplay is great and I only have a few issues with it like the small amount of upgrades and the fact the the secret weapon seen to hardly do damage even when it is maxed out.
The real problem is the music though. It is just one song for the menus and one for the actual game. No variety at all, not even different music for the bosses. The song for the game is only an "ok" at best too.
If I could suggest anything, it would be different music for each area and a different song for the boss. I also think it would be nice if your ship's look would change after each upgrade, but this is only minor.
Great game...
...but I found level 9 onwards incredibly hard, a massive leap in difficulty after the second boss. Level 12 was insanely difficult, I died many times and couldn't upgrade between attempts, which I had been able to do on other levels when I died. There was an issue with the shield sometimes not firing as well, on numerous occasions I had to click several times before it worked.
Still, in spite of the technical issues it was fun to play - just a bit frustrating in some aspects!
