Reviews for "Punk-o-matic 2"

WOW!

This is a great game and all but the thing is is that this is a lot more complicated than the first likewise, its still awesome :D

Well....eh.....

"A" for effort definitely. I can only imagine how long it took to get all these sampled riffs together. I like the look of the game, and I'm always down to play something creative. But there are some serious issues that take most if not all the fun out of it for me. The first and most notable is the lag / choppy-ness of the game during play. There is nothing more frustrating than playing a game based on timing and rhythm, and the game doesn't know how to keep it's own beat. I can't play many of the songs it gets so bad, even with all graphics options turned down (which by the way, makes the game considerably less fun). The sound is very good quality, but it doesnt seem to run very well. On most (all) the songs the 4 tracks were not even in sync with each other for most of the song. Really great idea for a game, and I hope you are able to get it running a bit smoother, but right now it's more or less unplayable

Evil-Dog responds:

you can't have a crappy computer AND an awesome graphic intensive game, can you PM me your pc specs, most people play it just fine

el win!

WIN

It's complicated

Wow, I think this may in fact have more medals than any other game I have ever played! It doesn't help that I really can't understand how to do anything at all in this game. It's obvious by looking at instructions, I should be able to get fairly far. All of those medals and still none of them have one that has 100 points! Anyway, I never thought there would ever be a sequel to the most reviewed thing on Newgrounds of all time! It's an interesting find and even if not the most enjoyable by myself, has certainly enough significance to keep coming back to play it!

you or me?

I dont know if I missed or didnt see this, but a preview option on ALL the rifs and drum beats would help, becous im flying blind here. Nice beats tough, and alot to compose to. So if i have missed that button or if dosent exist, then pelase correct either me or your game so that i dont have to spend a life time memorising all the rifs, becous there are alot (not a bad thing).

Evil-Dog responds:

yeah you didn't see it and then you give a bad score, come on, click and hold to preview! it's written all the time :|
