Reviews for "HeliCops"

A good game that could have been a great game.

GOOD:
The graphics and music were appealing.
The ability to use different weaponry was good.
I enjoyed the opening animations, especially the bit with the bird.

BAD:
The sprite to screen ratio was awful. It meant a whole lot of close-combat/hovering style gameplay.
No extra ammo for secondary weapons, which means you have to die just to try them out again.
The bit with no guns was annoying, too long and unnecessary.
The most challenging part fighting the boss was whether I could defeat him befroe I fell asleep. Very tedious.
At one point, I was stuck on the left side of the screen for 5 secs after being shot at.
A petty quip: When a new Wave starts, why do turrets appear out of nowhere?

Good, but much too short and repetitive

It was pretty much all the same thing every wave, except with the addition of a few new choppers with very small differences and of course the one wave where you just have to run away for a minute while you have no weapons(which was more of an annoyance than an interesting quirk). Kind of disappointing when compared with indestructotank.

its ok

BUT CONTROLS ARE HORRIBLE

geet game

dis game is good end consols is geet you kent so endles play dis game is never zij

Good graphics, overall too easy

I found the game to be relatively enjoyable with good graphics and great motion when moving that really helped to make the gameplay look very visually solid. Upgrades were fun, although you only really needed to invest in rockets or flamethrowers to simply blow through everything - leading to the problem I have with this game:

Too easy. Absolutely easy, as in, you could just start getting lazy and mucking around, and succeed easily. Progress was pretty much guaranteed past the first death, as you're able to increase your health exponentially just off the first upgrade wave. Basically, no challenge removed a lot of the fun from the game for me. It could have benefited from having difficulty levels of some kind, so that progressing at least required some effort if you wanted it to.
