Reviews for "Super Adventure Game Land"

Hahaha

Some people just dont understand this game, its brilliant haha.

squidly responds:

lol, thanks.

That was fun ,simple overly complicated fun.

Liked the retro look and the reference to the buried stash of games in the desert.
MAke it longer i didn't blow enough stuff up.

squidly responds:

Lol, it's always about the length, nowadays, isn't it?

I kept it short because I knew I had small fuel to run on, you don't want something repetitive, do you?

Unenjoyable Soap Box?

I really don't understand what you're trying to express here. How much of what was said in the game represents your beliefs and how much is a parody? Was the entire point of the game just some shallow message about the effects of consumerism on creativity? Because if so it was poorly executed. I may have gotten everything wrong. If you can, please explain the deeper meaning of this game, because if a game is repetitive and not fun it should have a powerful message behind it to compensate. This came off as a poor man's Jason Rohrer, and I hate Jason Rohrer.
But the game was relatively well made though. I just didn't enjoy it. At least it was better than Passage.

squidly responds:

Well, the message is up for your own interpretation.
It's first and foremost a parody, but there are things in there worth a second look.

easiest game ever

-easy
-boring
-talk, talk, talk, talk
-easy again
- worst game ever
-a duck... what the fuck is that
-and a colored guy at the end ( you were too lazy to make the entire game colored )

ps: the easiest and worst game i had ever played

squidly responds:

It would've actually been easier to make the entire game colored...

wow

THE GAME REALLY SUCKED, BUT was that the g-man at the end?
cuz that would be so cool

squidly responds:

It definably was a reference.
