Lost interest after level 10...

But it was a clever idea, nice puzzle game, however i found it to be fairly easy, there were a couple spots where i had to stop and think for a moment, but over all fairly easy. I think this game would have been great if you would have implemented more challenges, the dotted lines were a good addition, more things like that would have been good. WHo knows maybe you did after level 10. but you don't want players to lose interest before these things are implemented. Anyway i'm rambling. I thought the game was good, however it was either A. just too easy, or B. the challenge didn't kick in early enough and i lost interest before it did. You have a good game here but it isn't perfect.

I really enjoyed all of the challenging puzzles. You should make another one with color (and different puzzles, obviously) :)

Decent job but needs some work

From a programming perspective it's a good job overall. From a playing perspective it has some issues. With the name Grayscale it was what I expected it to be. A game in monotone grayscale so no complaints with the colors. It lived up to its expectations.
When it comes to the levels only about two of them were challenging. The other eighteen were all fairly linear in design. Yes there was creativity in the 'from start to goal' aspect but I came to find that if I spin around in enough circles eventually things match up. It didn't really make me think about what to do next. The stages with the broken lines at least made me stop and pre-plan my moves or face having to hit restart (which I did a couple times).
The music started to wear thin around level 11 or 12. I think this is when I first heard the darker version piece of it. It made me feel like my time was up and I was about to lose a life or my ball was going to explode. This is what clued me in that it's no longer subtle ambiance but annoying looping music. May want to consider mixing it up a little based on stage number (difficulty).
Speaking of explosions what was with the random sparks when passing by some gears? That was just annoying since there was no just cause for it.
Implement an auto stage advance function. Nobody should have to go back to the main stage select menu just to advance. That's just a pain in the ass. Advertising your personal website between every stage was annoying too >.> If I'm not going there at the end of the first five rounds, what makes you think I'm going to change my mind in the next fifteen? If anything it deters me from ever wanting to look at it because it's essentially spamming my screen with an advertisement every time I complete a stage. Almost to the point of not wanting to play again to advance stages.
Anyway, help or hinder that's my feedback for you. Hope you take some of the things in to consideration for the future. Overall good job. Look forward to seeing what you turn out next ^.^

easy handling system

i love playing puzzle games, but too many of them really on finger agility. this game however doesnt need you to react fast or have perfect timing to beat it. I LOVE IT! these puzzles are a bit too easy to solve though.

Greyscale review

The game would be a lot more fun if it directly went into the next level without going into the rather niche advertisement for putting it on your website then placing you in the main menu. its a nitpick. Its an interesting concept. Is it designed as a proof of the concept or is it an actual game?
