I like the idea.
Unfortunately, I found the gameplay a little simple and kinda repetitive, as well as easy. You might try adding things like bonus stars or moving obstacles or something to spice it up a little. Also, you might wanna make more of a background than just moving clouds and a grid. Otherwise, physics were well done, and your animation skills weren't too bad.

I'm sure you worked really hard to make this a quirky, unique game. You secceeded in that aspect. Not many games have a main character consisting of a cat attached to an arrow.
That being said... the targeting was awful, the controls were dodgy, the power bar was inconsistent and obtrusive to game play, and you should probably only play that song if someone makes it in or under par, because as cute and fun as it is, it's also annoying as all hell. Which is what I was thinking the entire game. but A+ for effort. It definitely looks like time was put into this. Just not enough thought.
