Reviews for "Cat with Bow Golf 2"

At first i was sceptical,

then i couldn´t stop playing! Addicting game with very weird "music". Unique! :D

very good i thought

i thought that this was quite a good game. catchy tune but, please explain why in the little song, the cat dances? i see no dancing cats

Don't worry, this is NOT going on my website.

This is poorly made.
Too often, the cat gets seperated from the arrow and winds up under the level.
Also, it just isnt' good.
no thanks

Feels unfinished

I feel like the idea is a funny take on the more traditional bow and arrow game. However, there are some glaring issues you could address.

1.)The Ragdoll effect on the cat makes it somewhat...annoying to aim the bow since the bow isnt stationary and you have to actually click the bow to begin drawing back the arrow and make the cat stand. If you cannot actually move the cat, I fail to see why your mouse isnt soft locked on the cat to begin with.

2.)The power level is not proportional to the level design. I felt it was way to easy on some levels, and a little too difficult on others. Plus there was no real variety in the challenges save changing the terrain (moving targets to assist, other obstacles, etc)

3.)The map limitation...if you are going to border your maps so players cannot shoot above it, you need to make it known before they ruin their shot. Yes, they can discover it through trial and error...but that means you are just being too lazy to mention it.

Now for the positive:

1.) When firing, I think the ragdoll cat is hilarious

2.)The music from tiny tim was amusing, although I never understood why he was such a sensation.

3.)The level design tried to present a challenge, even though some of this was hampered by the fact you could fire again mid-flight

Im giving it a 6 because while I felt you put a marginally amusing spin on the bow and arrow game, you did not complete the game imo. It feels unpolished and untested. Feels like you got bored with it before the finishing touches. And the novelty of the cat wears off quickly where the gameplay fails to maintain interest.

Good luck in your future projects, flash or otherwise!

umm....
