Reviews for "Polargeist"

Demokiller's right.Geometry dash ruins all the songs they use by shortening them.Great song though.

Step responds:

They actually asked me to shorten this for the sake of the level, since it'd have been too long otherwise.

I guess it's kinda unavoidable since the levels should be roughly the same length. I still kept the full (slower) version up on the internet so people can have access to both versions though!

I will make a level called polargeist full for geometry dash cause i got the full version a few weeks ago and i have problems to complete jumper

Step responds:

Alright, good luck!

I just noticed that this is a loop. I left it playing and it was repeating all the time...
...Newgrounds Aduio Player...

Nice track.

Step responds:

Haha. Thanks!

awesome! however, i kinda want a the full version with a fade-out ending so i could do a GD level called Full Polargeist and have the end sound right. is it possible you could upload a version like that?

Step responds:

You can make a fade out ending in GD's level editor! It's somewhere in the settings as far as I can remember.

Let me know if you can't figure it out. Thanks for the review!

This was a friggin pleasure to listen to man. I kind of enjoy it being slower as compared to the GD version, its more chill, being more "cold". Those buildups were spot on. The break in the middle with the extended Drumstep section... Ahhhhh I can't even!!! The "drop" after that, which had the changing timbres from the saws to the bells sounded pleasing. Hipassing the saws? Pure genius. The drumbeat changes at the most appropriate times. The little transience in the beginning also blended in well.

Overall this was really well developed, great job! :D

Step responds:

Hey! Wow, sorry for taking forever to reply! This was actually a really interesting review to read since it's so different from most feedback I get on this track haha. It's refreshing to get a perspective from a fellow producer on this, especially since I rarely make electronic music. Most people seem to prefer the quicker GD edit so you're the first to prefer this version too!

Super glad you enjoyed this. Thank you for the review.
