Pretty good!
I enjoyed it. It was a nice little short with some brill animation. And to some of the people below me don't rate it lower because you don't belive in the views of the dog! (leave tyler alone! JUST LEAVE HIM ALONE!) That is not neccesarily the view of the author!

Animation wise it was cool. Interesting style. And the voices were (at first suprising) well done.

reminds me of a book
a book called Animal Farm, by George Orwell,
where animals can talk and their society is based on socialism

ah the poor horse, he represented the hard workers
i believe the dogs were representation of secret police
but back to the flash, it was nicely done :D
