The animation is great, and I like the dogs face being all serious.
But it needs a little bit more effort in the last scenes.

Animation wise it was cool. Interesting style. And the voices were (at first suprising) well done.

Different
I like to see somthing on newgrounds once in a while that doesnt invole a dick joke, It was a clever little romp and i enjoyed it. Im not a fan of socialism myself but i will in no way let that affect your score, animation, sound, and story were great.
