Fun but Repetitive
I lasted about eight minutes, got bored. The physics were decent, liked the fact you had to align shots through obstacles - sound effects good, nice animation... so what didn't I like about it?
Same actions equal same results, for one. The people appear in the pill-windows in the same order... no variance. All I had to do was repeat the same pattern of shots to hit them that I used the first time. Got to the point I was firing off pills at the same window I just shot at, because by the time the person showed up, it'd already be inbound to hit them. Yawn.
Along with the non-random cycle of people, I didn't see anything in the way of power-ups or even much of a scenery change. Maybe they're hidden away in there - like I said, I got bored after eight minutes. All I was willing to play through with, I just saw the same basic setup - robot on left, building on right, pop pop.
I think the game has potential though... change up the landscape a bit - shoot from right-to-left, down, up (people on a bridge)? Selectable types of shot - you have a cannon, right? maybe you have to blast through a few barriers or somehow alter the environment before you can lob pills into peoples faces.
Final note, enjoyed the humor of promising the robot a left arm - the little thought balloons that appear from time to time. Cute, keep that. Possibly those thought balloons could be used to provide hints to the player about what to do in advanced levels. 5/10 for effort, but a game that holds my interest for less than ten minutes is either really poor, or simply needs some polish. Respectfully, this game falls into the latter category.
