Most awful thing my eyes and ears ever encountered
It had almost nothing to do with Street Fighter, that kind of comes with making a PARODY. A bunch of old, overused jokes and memes thrown together in a horribly written script combined with slightly above mediocre animation. This animation really needs to get blammed.

Wow, Scoot that was disappointing... I actually was hoping for something good but that wasn't to be found here. I actually enjoyed the zelda:uo but after this my respect for you has diminished.

Ok...I'm not sure how this whole war started.
Anway somethings to point out:
Rina, if you're going to write a parody and submit it to Newgrounds, leave the Youtube Poop humor on Youtube. It doesn't translate well and it makes the attempt to be funny look half-hearted. Internet memes and Pop Culture references only work if you plan on making a parody of said memes or PC references.
If you're going to make a parody of a parody, its good to try to bring in some original material to further add onto the nature. Its like going a step further without needing support from someone else.
Brawl Taunts only made me chuckle a few times, but I thought it was largely disappointing. So Rina, I'm expecting better work from you next time you decide to write something.
Scoot, your animation is decent and I can tell that you're still working on a more fluid style of flash animating. So good luck with that in the future.
Overall the jokes lacked impact. I felt as though the LoZ references and Sonic references were too out of place. Some of the jokes weren't well paced and lacked well place sound FX and music to add that comedic punch to the skit.

It was at the begining with the joke about Able, and I thought hey this might be better than what Street Fighter Chode made it out to be. Sadly I was mistaken.
To Scoot: Your animations were ok. Just need to practice of the lip synch. I felt like I was watching dialouge from Starfox64 whenever anyone talked.
To Rina: Yeah... your jokes need some work. It seems that when ever you write for a pardoy collab it becomes the same rehash of old memes, gay jokes, and random references. I mean sure I laughed at the first 2 Brawl Taunts but it's starting getting old. Try some new material.
