Quick, kinda funny, good for a laugh but no more.
It's somewhat humorus, even if it really is only one actual joke. The backgrounds, like the actual images that move, are simplistic at best, though for an hour's work they're better than what I can do yet, so good job there.
When all's said and done, you put a smile on my face, and I thank you for it. Is it a massive gut-busting extravaganza of laughter? No, but it didn't have to be.

Oh Mario, when will you get that bike helment?
I probably rated this slightly higher then I should have, but what can I say, I love silly humor, and I love Mario. And this, while the animation was rather simple and at some points...messy I guess I could say, the whole time I was still laughing. It would be cool to remake this having numerous different power ups screwing with Mario, though I was just waiting for that block to fall on him. :]
