ill give it an 8, because im nice. it doesnt have alot of the stuff that would be "good" for newgrounds, but as an animation for a final for school, this thing should be deserving of an A
not too bad.
It's alright for an animation, or a test run for a concept. I think you could have done a second model for the french guy, and maybe a soundtrack that may have given a feel to the whole animation.
Anyways, I don't know the exact guidelines for your final but those are just a few suggestions.
