Poor animation, way too short, and just was not funny. Work on your jokes, animation and length. That is all.

Not too bad, you got interesting ideas(with spiderman etc.) but if you want to be succesfull, oyu ahve to rly make it longer, because this is nice, but too short

This definitely needs to be longer (that's what she said) and once it is, you'll definitely have something pretty damn amazing here. Beyond that, I like what you have so far. It's a decent start.
Keep in mind, artwork doesn't necessarily matter too much in a parody so long as you can tell what everything is and the writing is good. You met that minimum and probably surpassed it (better than I could anyway). Nice work.
