Reviews for "The Company of Myself"

Wow.

This is really an awesome game. Nothing like it. I really wish there was a level editor or something to make your own, because I love to experiment with the "shadow people". I was able to complete the last level, which seemed a bit more mindless than I first thought. Anyway, this is an awesome game. I hope theres a second one.

Great Ending

I don't know if I should give away the secret to the last level, but you can jump off of your clones' heads. Even if they are falling.

Intuitive simplicity prevails yet again!

A simple game with a simple storyline I'll not spoil. The game flows flawlessly, and challenges the player without over-frustrating them. It kept me really engaged, and the comments in the background kept me wondering what was going to happen next.

It just goes to show you, that it doesn't take obnoxious music, huge explosions, rediculously complex storylines, finely detailed art, and hours of content to make an incredibly satisfying game! What makes a good game, a good game, is how fun it was.... and this was SO fun.

The (wonderful) backstory didn't really leave itself open to a sequel, but there's so much potential in the puzzles themselves, I wouldn't be disappointed if you simply released a map-pack for this. I really want to see more of this!

Gameplay obviously displays the playtestings......

The game was a masterpiece.....
"Justinlovespenis" Offended me in the least.

That was amazing.

If all your friends jumped off a cliff, would you jump too? No, but if my multiple personalities did I'd give it some serious consideration. That last level was a lot of fun and the most challenging for me. I overanalyzed it a lot until I figured out a gnat swarm technique would be most effective. Each level was entertaining, challenging, but ultimately achievable. I enjoyed this game more than I have enjoyed any game on Newgrounds in a very long time. The story was interesting and convoluted, wich matched the gameplay well. I like how the rules of the game seemed to change in each level without altering the gameplay dramaticaly. Overall well thought out, graphically beautiful game with great background music that complimented the theme and didn't make me want to mute the game. Great Job all around.
